POSTAGE AND RETURNS
The price you see on the item page is the price you pay* - no nasty surprises of 'hidden' P&P added at checkout. Plus, often on multiple orders - there will be a postage refund - (see # below for details)

# Sometimes, on multiple orders, there is a saving on postage costs when packed together - when this happens it is my policy to refund the difference - usually after delivery has been achieved. Please keep your paypal long enough for this to be done.

Overseas customers who wish to pay with any currency other than the British pound must Contact Ann stating the order and asking for a Payment Request to be sent which will handle the currency differences
I am happy to accept returned goods with full refund in the following cases:
- Physical Goods which differ substantially from those described
and with refund of value of goods, excluding return postage, in the following cases:
- Unused, undamaged, unwanted items - in original packaging, if appropriate, (except personalised items) as per Consumer Contracts Regulations / distance selling 2014
Return postage is non-refundable. Goods must be returned including the RMA, using a proof of postage or signed-for delivery system and must arrive in good order before refund is made.
Downloads, once sent,are exempt from this returns policy under the regulations (see Downloading agreements).
Please note: for any refund it is essential that you keep your paypal account open.
Before you return your goods, contact AnnMade to obtain a Returned Materials Authorisation (RMA) number, this is to ensure we know we are expecting a package.
Returned items will not be accepted without an RMA number (see above)
Please be sure to enclose with the item a note with your name, address, reason for return and your RMA number
